PROJECT ENGINEER – INTERIOR DESIGN & TURNKEY FITOUT
We are a well-established Interior Decoration & Contracting company situated in Dubai since 2007, We have completed more than a million sq.ft of Projects till date on residential, Commercial & Retail decorations. We are looking forward to hire an energetic project Engineer for developing our professional team for our UAE based projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Coordinate the Project with internal team & Sub-Contractor with regards to Time schedule, Material specification and quality.
• Follow-up with deliverables of Material, Labour distribution, Site Progress & Daily execution Task in a regular daily basis to project Manager & Project Architect.
• E-mail coordination and documentation of the project.
• Coordinate between designs. Procurement, contracts, Estimation till Site Installation.
• Insure Handover of project within time schedule with control over Quality and cost.
• Reflect a good & refutable image of the company on terms of Working Site and Insure all Site Foreman & Site Staff follow the standard.
• Implement & follow proper safety precautions on site and develop healthy working atmosphere.
Minimum Requirements
• Holder of Master / Bachelor degree in Architectural / Civil Engineering / Interior Design
• Minimum of 2 years GCC Experience or 3 years in own country in interior field
• Must have knowledge in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Primavera & Any other project management software is an added advantage
• Minimum of communication skill with English (Read, Write & Speak) & Hindi (Speak)Arabic known will be added advantage
• Must have valid UAE Driver’s License.
• Degree Certificate must be attested as per UAE Law.
• There should not be any issues with the previous or current VISA.
• Immediate joining preferable or a Must be able join within maximum of 1 month from the date of offer letter or immediate joining preferable.
