- Male, Below 45 years old
- Preferably Lebanese, Indian and SkiLankan nationals
- Must be educated in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent degree
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience especially in fine dining restaurant
- Should be able to handle minimum of 5 restaurant branches in order to achieve sales targets and optimize profits, minimize costs, improve employee retention and guests service, quality on food and sanitation
- With good personality and professionally qualified
