Business Analyst

Key Scope
1.To provide technical support to Sr. Director of Strategy and Solution for Technical Documentation and Project Administration with ensuring documents meet or exceed quality standards and are delivered per project milestones
2.Orchestrate all strategic planning, project review and analytical activity for all accounts within the department. Ensure all deliverables required from the Business Unit and, and other Units if assigned, are met in an efficient and timely manner.
3.Collaborate to place new processes for the department and document constantly to improve the quality of technology business operation
4.Ensure strong collaborative relationship within the Business Units and externally with key vendors and partners to consistently elevate the quality of business operation ( purchase request and procurement support).
5.Produce , work and review all RFP/RFQ and Tender documents and report back to concerned response structure. Prepare relevant response as per the terms and conditions of the RFPs/Tenders
6.Actively grow the abilities and skill of the Business Unit members through training programs, mentorship and hands-on learning.
7.Ensure all policy and legal requirements for are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
8.Perform other tasks and duties as instructed by Sr. Director of Strategy and Solution to support the technology business operation and requirements by Head of Technology

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Business Analyst or field related to procedures or document control
- 6-7 years relevant experience in a professional media - telco environment that demands business operation competence ( RFP/RFQ, Tender, Vendor Management, Legal processes) and procedure quality requirements.
